PORT ANGELES — The Pacific Coast Trio, a pairing of winds and piano, will grace the Maier Hall at Peninsula College at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
The performance is part of the Maier Hall Concert Series.
General admission for the concert on the Peninsula College Port Angeles campus at 1502 E. Lauridsen Bvld., is $15, while student admission is $5. Season tickets are available for $40.

The ensemble consists of oboist Thomas Gallant, flutist Jill Felber and pianist Dianne Frazer. They will perform Donizetti opera transcriptions and works by Richard Strauss, Benjamin Britten and Jacques Ibert.
At this event, the trio — hailing from New York City, Los Angeles, and Baton Rouge — will perform the premiere of a new work by PC faculty composer David P. Jones.
Gallant is a first prize winner of the Concert Artists Guild International New York Competition, and one of few musicians to win the competition as an oboe soloist.
His performances have taken him to New York City, including the Mostly Mozart Festival at Lincoln Center; Washington, D.C.; Los Angeles; Chicago; Philadelphia; and the Spoleto Festival in Italy.
Felber is an internationally-acclaimed recording artist, flute recitalist, chamber musician and contemporary music specialist.
She has performed solo recitals, chamber music, and concertos on five continents and has held residencies in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, Mexico, France, Switzerland, Great Britain, Italy, Canada, Brazil and the United States.
Also a promoter of new music, she has inspired many composers to write solo and chamber works for her and for her flute duo ZAWA!, and is currently engaged in several commissioning projects.
Frazer is recognized globally as a premiere collaborative pianist.
She has performed with a “who’s who” of international artists, and has performed in Weill Recital Hall in Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, and Merkin Hall.
She is on the faculty of Louisiana State University. She also serves as principal pianist for the National Flute Association, International Society of Bassists, the MTNA Southern Division, the Florida Flute Association, and among other international groups has been a pianist at the Oberstdorf Music Festival in Germany, World Bass Festival in Poland and ISI Florence in Italy.
