Operation Christmas Child 2025 donations to be accepted

Operation Christmas Child will accept donations beginning Nov. 17 in Clallam and Jefferson counties.

Donations such as toys, school supplies, hygiene items and letters of encouragement packaged in a shoebox will be accepted at locations in Forks, Port Angeles, Sequim and Port Townsend through Nov. 24.

The drop-off locations and hours include:

• Forks — First Baptist Church of Forks, 651 S. Forks Ave. — from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 17-18; from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 19; from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 20-21; from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Nov. 22; from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 23 and from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Nov. 24.

• Sequim — Eastern Hills Community Church, 91 Savannah Lane — from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 17; from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 18-19; from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 20; from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 21; from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 22; from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 23 and from 10 a.m. to noon Nov. 24.

• Sequim — Sequim Community Church, 950 N. Fifth Ave. — from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 17; from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Nov. 18; from 10 a.m. to noon Nov. 19; from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 20; from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 21; from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 22; from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 23 and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Nov. 24.

• Port Angeles — Harbor of Hope, 1018 W. 16th St. — from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 17-21; from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 22; from noon to 2 p.m. Nov. 23 and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Nov. 24.

• Port Hadlock: Irondale Church, 681 Irondale Road, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Nov. 17; from noon to 2 p.m. Nov. 18-22; from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Nov. 23 and from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Nov. 24.

The shoebox gifts are delivered to children affected by war, disease, disaster, poverty and famine.

The children who receive these boxes are selected by local volunteers from various evangelical denominations in partnership with a National Leadership Team from Samaritan’s Purse.

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international Christian relief and evangelism organization headed by Franklin Graham.

Since 1993, the operation has collected and delivered more than 232 million gift-filled shoeboxes to children in more than 170 countries and territories.
