SEQUIM — Skwim Toastmaster Lindy MacLaine has been named Toastmaster of the Year for Toastmasters’ District 32
The annual prize is voted for and awarded by members of the district which includes the entire state of Alaska and a portion of western Washington.
“To be selected by my peers is a great honor,” said MacLaine. “What I’m proudest of is helping the Skwim Toastmasters Club grow this year as Vice President of Membership.”
The club meets from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesdays in the KSQM Radio Broadcasting offices, 609 W. Washington St.
