IT’S OFFICIAL! SUMMER is finally here, so kick up your heels and dance, dance, dance.

Check the following listings for your favorite music and venue.

Port Angeles

■ Today at Castaways Restaurant and Night Club, 1213 Marine Drive, Rusty and the High Country Band host country jam night with special guest singer Terry Roszatyc from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

On Saturday, the Jimmy Hoffman Band returns from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

■ Today at the Junction Roadhouse, 242701 W. U.S. Highway 101, and every Thursday night, Jason Mogi headlines the Deadwood Experiment with special guests. You’ll never know who’s going to show up, but you’re sure to have a good time at 8 p.m.

On Tuesday, Ches Ferguson plays at 7 p.m.

■ On Friday at Bar N9ne, 229 W. First St., Deadwood Revival revels in the summer. Kim, Jason and Paul will deliver at 9 p.m. $3 cover.

■ On Friday at Wine on the Waterfront, 115 Railroad Ave., singer/songwriter Jake Archer entertains at 8 p.m.

Linda Dowdell and Craig Buhler play classic jazz Saturday from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. $3 cover.

■ Every Tuesday evening at the Port Angeles Senior Center, Seventh and Peabody streets, the Port Angeles Senior Swingers present Wally and the Boys playing ballroom dance favorites from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. $5 cover; first-timers free.

■ On Friday at the Oasis Bar and Grill, 301 E. Washington St., get your Dixieland dancing shoes on for the Dukes of Dabob from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

On Wednesday, Final Approach with Amanda Bacon performs from 5:30 p.m.

■ On Saturday at The 3 Crabs restaurant, 11 3 Crabs Road, Cort Armstrong and Blue Rooster perform from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

■ It’s “All the Buzz” Wednesdays at the Sequim Senior Activity Center, 921 E. Hammond St., with Kelly and Victor hosting the open mic from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

■ On Friday at Stymie’s Bar & Grill at Cedars at Dungeness, 1965 Woodcock Road, Rachael and Barry play rock and Motown from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

■ Today at The Upstage, 923 Washington St., Maray Fuego plays at 8 p.m. Sliding-scale cover of $3 to $7.

On Friday, Fannie Mae performs at 8 p.m. $5 cover.

On Saturday, two acts fill the evening: At 8 p.m., Below the Salt performs. Following this show, enjoy Leo and the Big Sky from Kansas. Sliding-scale cover of $5 to $8.
