PORT LUDLOW — The Port Ludlow Art League has awarded scholarships to two Jefferson County students.
Audrey Drake, a graduate of Port Townsend High School, is studying visual arts at the University of Washington in Seattle.
Lacey Bishop, a Chimacum High School graduate, is pursuing a degree in art history at Pacific University in Oregon.
The league provides scholarships for graduating Jefferson County high school seniors and for continuing or returning students in the arts and other creative areas.
The league raises funds by creating and selling 6-inch by 6-inch plaques of original art, auctioning gift baskets, artwork and art classes.
