PORT ANGELES — The fourth annual Port Angeles Heritage Weekend will continue through 4 p.m. today, offering visions of technologies past.
The festival, which aims to acquaint 21st century folks with steam-powered boats and architecture that was new-fangled about 100 years ago, will take place all over downtown Port Angeles, City Pier and Hollywood Beach.
Available tours include downtown, the historic Port Angeles Underground, historic Port Angeles homes, the Clallam County Courthouse clock tower and Lower Elwha Dam.
Tour tickets are available at the registration booth in the atrium of The Landing Mall.
Tours are available from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
In addition, antique steamboats will be in Port Angeles harbor.
An authentic Makah salmon bake on Hollywood Beach is slated for noon to 4 p.m. Cost will be $15 for adults and $6 for children.
Musicians will be performing throughout downtown and on City Pier, and a car show by Peninsula Dream Machines will continue on Front Street from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
