Fuentes presents “Volar, Flamenco en Vivo” at 8 p.m. Saturday at Eaglemount Winery, 1893 S. Jacob Miller Road, Port Townsend, and at 7 p.m. Sunday at the Gardiner Community Center, 980 Old Gardiner Road.

Tickets for the Gardiner performance are $25 for general admission, $38 for VIP seating, $20 for students and $12 for children. Get tickets at ticketleap.com or savannahf.com.

Fuentes, a Flamenco dancer and producer, has independently produced and danced in more than 400 performances and workshops featuring internationally recognized Spanish Flamenco artists, including Saray Munoz and Jesus Montoya.

Amador Jr. comes from the legendary Amador family, famous for fusing Flamenco with blues, jazz and salsa music. A powerful singer and guitarist, Amador Jr. also plays piano, bass and percussion.

Fuentes and Amador Jr. forged a unique artistic partnership, performing throughout Washington state, Oregon and California since 2019.

“Volar” is a unique blend of authentic Spanish Flamenco music and powerful innovative dance,” Fuentes said.

“Volar means to fly in Spanish,” Fuentes notes in a press release about the concerts. “It represents our basic human need to feel free, to spread our wings, to make our own choices, and to reach our highest potential, not just for ourselves, but for every living being.”
