Free farm workshop planned

Farm workshop

PORT ANGELES — Clallam Conservation District will present a workshop on farm management at 10 a.m. Friday.

The free workshop is at a five-acre donkey farm west of Sequim.

Attendees will learn about the farm’s mud-free paddocks, techniques used to regulate grazing and the manure management system.

Other topics will include learning to use native plants to add beauty, encourage pollinators and screen farm activities.
