Pastor Matt Paul adds photos to the pews in the sanctuary of the First Presbyterian Church, 139 W. 8th St., in Port Angeles.
Because the church has not had an in-person service since March, Paul missed seeing church members during his sermons.
He asked the congregation, during the weekly virtual worship service, to send in a drawing or photo of themselves that could be placed on the pews — similar to what sports teams are doing during the pandemic by having cardboard faces in the stadium seats.
Paul hopes that other members will send in their images to further fill the pews.
