Easter services set for Trinity United Methodist

SEQUIM — Trinity United Methodist Church has announced its schedule of services for Easter week.

• Maundy Thursday, service at 5 p.m. Thursday at Olympic View Church of God, 503 N. Brown Road, featuring special music by the Trinity United Methodist Church’s choir.

• Good Friday, a reflective service, is set for 2 p.m. Friday with music provided by Olympic View Church of God.

• Easter Sunday, Trinity United Methodist Church and Olympic View Church of God will conduct a Community Easter Sunday Sunrise Service at 7 a.m. April 20 upstairs at John Wayne Marina, 2577 W. Sequim Bay Road.

The service will be followed by a community potluck breakfast.

The Rev. Desi Larson will lead the celebration of the resurrection at 10 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave.

The service will feature hymns and special music, including a brass quintet from the Sequim City Band.

The church encourages attendees to arrive early to enjoy the prelude music.
