Paige Biss was the 4,000th Young Eagle passenger for Chapter 430 of the Experimental Aircraft Association at a July 16 rally at the Sequim Valley Airport.
Paige Biss was the 4,000th Young Eagle passenger for Chapter 430 of the Experimental Aircraft Association at a July 16 rally at the Sequim Valley Airport.
The association has been providing free airplane rides to kids ages 8 to 17 for 20 years.
Biss took a flight with Rite Brothers Aviation two years ago and has been a Civil Air Patrol cadet since April.
