This is a very difficult time in our country with both the pandemic and political unrest.
Many Americans are hurting.
Reach out to your neighbors to ensure they are safe and have enough food, etc.
My husband and I are fortunate to be retired during this time.
We haven’t been able to do the traveling that we love, but have plans for the hopefully near future.
The stimulus checks we have received have gone to the Peninsula Home Fund, Salvation Army, Sequim Food Bank and Port Angeles Food bank.
It broke our hearts to go by all the cars in line to get food at Christmas-time as we went to drop off our check.
So please, think about your neighbor during this time of struggle.
