Democrats have remarkable achievements despite only a minimal majority in Congress.
Biden rebuilt the economy, Democrats have invested in science and technology, NATO has been expanded to counter Russia’s attack on Ukraine, the first gun safety law in 30 years was passed, there is now a Black female on the Supreme Court, the Violence Against Women Act has been reauthorized, the needs of veterans exposed to toxic burn pits has been addressed, Democrats have invested in infrastructure and have started the decrease in the price of medications.
Meanwhile Republicans have not supported or offered anything.
There is absolutely no reason to expect them to improve the economy, lower gas prices or decrease violence.
Republicans are now the Trump Party which has proven itself the party of violence, attacking police and government buildings.
Inflation is hitting the world, hard but it is less bad in the U.S. than the rest of the world.
Soft on crime?
Murder rates are 40 percent higher in states won by Trump than in states won by Biden, according to the National Criminal Justice Association.
Republicans want to control female bodies, privatize or destroy Social Security, repeal the Affordable Care Act and they protect the rich from taxes.
A Fox economist said the economic plan of Liz Truss, Britain’s shortest serving prime minister,was a Reagan, Trump policy.
Truss resigned after her policy sent the UK into economic shambles.
