So here we are again.
Another mass shooting.
This time 19 children and two teachers were slaughtered.
When will this stop?
The gun lobby, politicians and gun nuts can’t use the old familiar, “A good guy with a gun can stop a bad guy with a gun.”
They are now going to have to say, “A good toddler with a gun can stop a bad guy with a gun.”
Oh, really?
Our current Democratic incumbent senator and representatives as well as their Republican opponents need to be asked some serious questions and held to account.
Why is it that politicians and most gun owners prefer easily accessible guns over the lives of children and other innocents?
The idea that it’s all about mental health is ridiculous.
It’s all about guns.
There are too many in the hands of the wrong people.
I am a gun owner and have been one all my life.
I have no problem with registering my guns and getting a license to have them.
Gun owners and politicians are selfish in their constant defence of gun ownership over lives.
They use some of the lamest excuses for resisting regulations I have ever heard.
The 1994 assault weapons ban should be renewed.
Considering that these assault weapons are mainly used for killing people, why do you need one?
Handguns are bad enough, especially in the hands of someone not trained to use them.
I have a lot more to say but not enough space.
