The above-the-fold placement on Peninsula Daily News’ Commentary Page of Gale Collins inherently biased review of President Trump’s cabinet staff given her status of a New York Times columnist leaves nothing to the imagination, nor does it lend credibility to her position.
Apparently, it is enough from her standpoint to simply point out what she sees as their failings while not elaborating on facts or the basis for her statements.
Starting with AG William Barr, she gleefully recounts the results of the NYT contest which was to determine the “Worse Trump Cabinet Member.”
She writes the NYT got thousands of responses to the contest, not surprising given the liberal nature of the paper and its readers.
I do not recall if there was a contest during the Obama-Biden administration however, if there was, I am sure the article would have been vastly different.
The fear of arrest, convictions and resulting exposure of just how corrupt the past administration was, including those still in office, and Barr’s belief and actions regarding the letter of the law is unquestionable, while the enabling media is still searching for justification of their lies and cover-ups.
We may not always agree with our president, his decisions or directions of his current cabinet members, but we do have to point out that they are getting results in many areas and it appears doing their best to serve our country and AG Barr’s position on the “letter of the law” is unquestionable.
