Our world has changed drastically in the last year and the challenges from the pandemic are far from over.
As a county, we need to elect people who will plan for the future of our citizens by creating the infrastructure on which our economy will prevail.
That is why my husband, Kevin, and I have chosen to support Amanda Rae Funaro for county commissioner in District 2.
Amanda’s professional skills as a business manager, her extensive knowledge of wastewater management and public infrastructure, and her innovative work with young professional development and local businesses make her singularly qualified to serve as our next county commissioner.
Amanda is thoughtful, strategic and highly skilled on these topics, and will bring a diverse perspective to our county.
We have seen firsthand that Amanda shares our belief that all residents deserve to be respected and represented fully by their government officials, regardless of their economic or social standing.
Amanda’s public service record reflects a clear devotion to the problems that our most vulnerable citizens face on a daily basis — housing, social justice and access to basic services.
