Well, another successful Snowgrass Bluegrass Festival on Jan. 21 in Port Angeles has come and gone and was enjoyed by all attendees.
Having gotten a phone call early Saturday morning, Jan. 20, that both Denny and Rosalee Secord were ill at home, I wondered just what Luck of the Draw would be presenting.
I shouldn’t have worried.
While I didn’t recognize any of the group, I thought the fiddle player was extraordinary.
Don’t forget your tickets for next year.
I still miss their “retired” washtub bass player.
Hope she is having a successful retirement.
