LETTER: Promises ring hollow

All we ever heard before the last election was, he’s not a politician so he can fix Washington.

Well, we know what he was, a real estate agent.

And in true fashion he has sat on his hands while the country has been in escrow for the last 3 ½ years waiting to see if he’s going to get his commission, i.e. reelection.

Now that it is in doubt he realizes he has America’s building inspection sitting on his desk that hasn’t been addressed.

So, he is scrambling to get something, anything, done that’s on the list.

You know, health care reform, infrastructure plan, and anything else vital to this country’s health besides packing the courts and screwing up every budget and institutional norm that a real president would address.

At this point I don’t even think crying like his buddy Kim would save his sorry self.

Don’t believe the promises, they ring hollow as the soul of this man.
