I am proud member of the Joyce community, a parent of a middle school student at Crescent School and on the board of directors for Crescent School District.
I urge all people in the Crescent School District to vote yes on both school levies in the Feb. 11 election.
I stand by Crescent School District’s mission and strategic plan with a focus on success for all students, wellness of students and staff and pride in our community.
The education programs and operations levy renewal will help continue our progress on supporting students though the music program, continual improvements to the food service program, counseling services, providing extend day and homework/tutoring programs and improvements in technology.
The capital projects levy renewal will expand on our very successful improvements of the last four years to continue to improve the safety and security of our campus and repair and maintain our current buildings.
There are a lot of exciting things happening at Crescent but we need the community’s help.
Please vote yes to both Crescent School District levy renewals on the Feb. 11 ballot.
