He is a perfect match for the PUD commissioner position.
With his extensive engineering and business background he has that rare quality of seeing exactly what is needed, and then executing a solution.
Starting out with just an idea, it was heartening for me to see his ideas become reality, such as with bringing a gas station back to Quilcene.
