I blame this Bernie Sanders phenomenon on our teachers, and our educational leaders that set curriculum.
Anyone graduating from high school should be very acquainted with the many failures of socialism, and it’s stepsister, communism, in world history.
Not only does it ruin economies, it rains havoc on family, and society.
Socialism appeals to the young under-educated and older underachievers, and failures.
The notion of a nanny state that awards mediocrity appeals to this group.
So here we are the descendants of the pioneers that tamed and developed this land, and soldiers that fought and bled for this country, needing to defend this wonderful country from forces within.
