LETTER: Anti-social behavior

I agree with Dr. Tom Locke: at this point: Failure to get vaccinated is anti-social behavior.

New, deadlier variants are growing among the unvaccinated, and putting us all at risk.

I also agree with the PDN’s recent editorial call for an end to secrecy.

If people still refuse to accept the reality of this pandemic, knowing who has died from it and what groups are spreading it might help them understand that something really is happening.

Certainly never connecting any of Clallam County’s many incidents to reality makes it much easier for these people to see the whole thing as just a story, something that can’t hurt them.

The PDN’s recent online poll, asking if readers trust the unvaccinated to behave responsibly, showed that most of us do not.

We need to guard ourselves against the people who are keeping the pandemic alive.

We live in a high-risk county, now without any protections.

It’s time to let us defend ourselves from the people who endanger us.

Tell us who they are.
