Once again the PDN is printing fake news provided by the Associated Press.
The Nov. 21 “Second Front Page” has a headline quoting a “Key witness” as stating “Trump directed quid pro quo”, although that witness provided no facts to support that claim.
He just presumed that was what Trump wanted.
Presumption is not evidence.
If one watched the hearing, you would have heard this witness and Representative Schiff repeat this quid pro quo claim (or the focus group tested substitute “bribery”) over and over again with no supporting evidence.
In fact, during cross examination, this witness admitted that President Trump told him “There is to be no quid pro quo, I just want the Ukrainian President to do the right thing.”
Everyone should know by now that the U.S. has a treaty with Ukraine to share information on criminal activity.
Stop this impeachment fishing expedition in search of a crime.
It’s a waste of taxpayer money.
It is taking up considerable time and effort that should be spent on more pressing issues.
