The group mostly had drivers honk at them in support though a couple of drivers shouted insults about Biden as they drove by. A group of about 25 supporters of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris held a rally at the corner of First and Lincoln streets in Port Angeles on Sunday to show their support for the president-elect. The 41,000-square-foot structure which will include an art gallery, performance hall, conference center and coffee shop, was scheduled to be completed by summer 2021, will be put on a construction hold in January as organizers attempt to secure more funding to complete the project after previous fundraising projections fell short due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
