Bilingual Storytime
SEQUIM — The North Olympic Library System will host English/Spanish Bilingual Storytime at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The early literacy program, designed for children up to 5 years old and their adult caregivers, will be at the Sequim Library, 630 N. Sequim Ave.
The bilingual sessions will give families an opportunity to expose their children to two languages.
Knowledge of Spanish is not necessary.
The free storytime sessions feature singing, reading, talking, playing and writing.

Story of Water
SEQUIM — Mike Gallagher and Lindsey Schromen-Wawrin will present “Water Law in Washington: Who Owns the Water and What Are Our Rights” from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
The lecture, which was postponed from Jan. 15, will be in the City Council chambers at City Hall, 152 W. Cedar St.
The presentation is part of the Story of Water in Depth series sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Clallam County.
Gallagher works for the state Department of Ecology and Schromen-Wawrin is an attorney at Shearwater Law PLLC as well as a member of the Port Angeles City Council.
