Troupe de Ville to perform Saturday at Studio Bob

PORT ANGELES — Andre Feriante with Troupe de Ville will perform at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

The concert, a blend of opera, flamenco and blues, will be at Studio Bob, 118½ E. Front St. in Port Angeles.

Troupe de Ville consists of Andre Feriante, guitar and vocals; Steve Thoreson, vocals; and Eric Fridrich, guitar and harmonica.

Tickets are $22 person at www.studiobob.art or $25 at door.

Feriante is a Segovia-trained flamenco guitarist who has been visiting Port Angeles for more than 20 years. His original Flamenco fusion compositions and multi-instrumental explorations have been heard at the Port Angeles Fine Arts Center, the Juan de Fuca Festival for the Arts and the Lost Mountain Guitar Festival.

Thoreson is a classically trained opera singer and a pianist. The North Bend native won the musical portion of the 2011 Sweden’s Got Talent contest.

Fridrich is a singer-songwriter and Chicago bluesman who explores the blues through guitar and harmonica.
