Tips for storing fruits and vegetables presented Thursday

PORT ANGELES — Veteran Master Gardener Muriel Nesbitt will share recommendations for preparing harvested fruit and vegetables for storage at noon Thursday.

The lecture, “Storing the Harvest,” will be in the county commissioners meeting room (Room 160) at the Clallam County Courthouse, 223 E. Fourth St.

This free presentation is part of the Green Thumb education series sponsored by the WSU Clallam County Master Gardeners.
