PORT ANGELES — Tidepools Magazine is accepting submissions for its 58th edition through Sunday, Jan. 16.
Tidepools features art submitted by residents of the North Olympic Peninsula in the categories of fine and digital art, photography, poetry, short prose and music.
The contest is open to residents of all ages from Jefferson and Clallam counties.
Local adults can enter the contest for $7.50 per entry, youths may enter for $5 per entry, Peninsula College students can enter for free; the editors will consider non-contest entries for publication at no cost.
Winners will be announced Friday, March 11.
The magazine is a production of Peninsula College in conjunction with the Peninsula College Associated Student Council, Peninsula Daily News and The Buccaneer.
