PORT TOWNSEND — The Art Dialogue will open its exhibit “Emergence” from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday.
The exhibit will be on display from noon to 5 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays through April 28 at the Aurora Loop Gallery, 971 Aurora Loop.
The Art Dialogue group grew out of a discussion of the book “On Dialogue” by David Bohm.
The exhibit presents works by Christine Busch, Marsha Hollingsworth, Cappy Mathias, Linda Okazaki, Ellen Reichart, Mardee Stadshaug and Martha Worthley based on Hildegard Von Bingen’s concept of Viriditas.
The artists are showing new work welcoming the sunlight and growth inherent with lengthening of days and related to von Bingen’s book.
