Teachers to provide two-day theater workshop

PORT ANGELES — Anna Anderson and Shannon Cosgrove will teach a two-day workshop from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 1 and Sept. 8.

The first session will be at the Port Angeles Community Playhouse, 1235 E. Lauridsen Blvd., Port Angeles. The location for the second session will be announced during the first.

Andersen and Cosgrove are local writers, directors, theater teachers and actors who’ve shared their talents with numerous audiences on stages in the area.

The first session also will include tips for directing actors, such as nurturing character development, pace structure and finding the right levels of emotion and energy.
