PORT ANGELES — The North Olympic Library System will host “Toothy Storytime” at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The program is at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St.
Toothy Storytime features stories and tips on how to keep healthy teeth and gums.
The free early literacy program is designed for pre-schoolers and their caregivers.

PORT ANGELES — The North Olympic Library System will host a teen lounge from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday.
The lounge is open for young adults age 11 through 19 years at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St.
The free program runs Tuesdays through June 9 except for Feb. 25.

Senior dance
PORT ANGELES — Cat’s Meow will perform for a swing dance from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
The dance will be in the Port Angeles Senior and Community Center, 328 E. Seventh St.
Refreshments will be served from 8 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Admission is $5 per person; first-time attendees are admitted free.
Drum circle
PORT ANGELES — A community Drum Circle is set for 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The public is invited to join the circle at Olympic Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 1033 N. Barr Road.
No experience is necessary at this free community event.

PORT ANGELES — Loren Niemi is the featured teller at Story Swap at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
The monthly storytelling event is in the Carver Room at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St.
The public is welcome at the free story swaps, held the third Tuesday of each month.
Snacks and socializing will begin at 6:30 p.m. and there will be a break at 8 p.m. for dessert.

Speaker series
PORT ANGELES — Tom Mumford will present “All Thing Kelp” from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
The presentation is part of the speaker series at Feiro Marine Life Center, 315 N. Lincoln St.
Mumford will discuss the importance of kelp in the marine ecosystem.
Mumford is a retired botanist from the Department of Fish and Wildlife and sits on the Sanctuary Advisory Council for the Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary.
Suggested donation is $5 per person, free for Feiro members.

PORT TOWNSEND — The Port Townsend Marine Science Center will hold a volunteer information session from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
