‌SEQUIM — Poet and author Ruth Marcus announced last week the publication of “Good Grief: 85 Ways to Manage Your Life.”

This collection of essays was selected from her monthly columns over the course of seven years as a columnist with the Sequim Gazette and Living on the Peninsula.

The publication, Marcus said, “energizes, inspires, and provides tips to manage your life during challenging times — from grief to living with uncertainty, from issues of trust and forgiveness to removing clutter and letting go, there is something for everyone in this book.”

“Open‌ ‌the‌ ‌book‌ ‌randomly‌ ‌to‌ ‌‘Laugh‌ ‌a‌ ‌Lot’‌ ‌or‌ ‌‘Turning‌ ‌Ouch‌ ‌into‌ ‌Thank‌ ‌You’‌ ‌or‌ ‘Life‌ ‌After‌ ‌Fifty.’

“‌There‌ ‌is‌ ‌inspiration‌ ‌for‌ ‌nearly‌ ‌every‌ ‌challenge.”‌ ‌
