PORT TOWNSEND — “Free Amanda Knox!” will be presented live at 7 p.m. Monday.
Knox will speak at the Rose Theatre, 235 Taylor St., Port Townsend.

In 2015, Knox was exonerated for the 2007 murder of Meredith Kercher in Perugia, Italy.
Since her release from Italian prison, Knox has become an author, activist and journalist.
Her 2018 memoir, “Waiting to Be Heard: A Memoir,” became a New York Times bestseller.
“People know the headlines,” Knox said. “But headlines can’t capture what it means to lose your life and then have to build it again from scratch. This show is about what it’s like to live through that, to make meaning from it, and to come out the other side not just whole — but free.”
Her live show blends storytelling, song and audience connection and will finish with an open Q&A session.
