Racism topic of Tuesday Talk series at Port Townsend Public Library

PORT TOWNSEND — Kendra Golden will present “Looking at the Costs of Racism in America” from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Golden’s presentation is the first in the Port Townsend Public Library’s Tuesday Talk series on Zoom.

Golden will show an interview with Heather McGhee, the author of “The Sum of Us: What Racism Costs Everyone and How We Can Prosper Together” followed by a half-hour discussion on the interview.

• “The Chetzemoka Trail and History of Native Americans on the Qatay Peninsula,” presented by Celeste Dybeck and Lys Burden, Nov. 2.
