Pair of free yoga classes at PAFAC

PORT ANGELES — Two free yoga classes will be offered this spring at the Port Angeles Fine Arts Center.

Poser Yoga studios will present the classes at the fine arts center at 1203 E. Lauridsen Blvd.

A family yoga class — open to adults and youngsters — is set for 11 a.m. Wednesday.

The class will take place in the center’s gallery, where the “Mothers & Makers” photography exhibition is on display.

Poser Yoga is a sponsor of the show, which highlights women who are both artists and parents.

Then on April 8, an all-levels yoga class for adults will be offered at the fine arts center.

Poser Yoga owner Jenny Stewart Houston encourages beginners to join either or both classes.

Participants can bring their own mats if they have them, while mats will be available for those who don’t own their own.

For more information, call the fine arts center at 360-457-3532 or visit poser studios.com.

Details about the “Mothers & Makers” exhibition, on display through April 21, can be found at PAFAC.org.
