SEQUIM — Olympic Theatre Arts will host auditions for the second annual “Night of the Living Dead” fall production on Sunday, next Wednesday and Aug. 25.
Auditions are open to actors of any race, identifying gender, and those 12 years of age or older. They are set for noon Sunday, 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23 and 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25 at Olympic Theatre Arts at 414 N. Sequim Ave., in Sequim.
The stage adaptation of the classic horror film “Night of the Living Dead” is set in the 2020 pandemic.
“Step into a world grappling with lockdowns, fear, and uncertainty, where a group of strangers seeks refuge in a nearby house from violent, flesh-eating undead,” organizers said. “But as the night unfolds, they discover that the real horror may not lie in the virus or the mysterious violence spreading across the country, but within themselves.”
