PORT ANGELES — Monday Musicale will present its 55th anniversary Scholarship Benefit Concert at 2 p.m. Sunday.
The concert will be at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 301 E. Lopez Ave., Port Angeles.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. They are available at Pacific Mist Book Store, 121 W. Washington St., Sequim, and at Port Book and News, 104 E. First St., Port Angeles.
Monday Musicale is dedicating this year’s scholarship benefit to the memory of Thelma McCoy, the group’s founder and first president in 1968.
“Due to her dedication to inspire throughout the years, Monday Musicale has donated over $160,000 to 162 students continuing on in the field of music studies,” organizers said.
