Into the Mystic Psychic Faire set for Port Townsend center

PORT TOWNSEND — Have you ever wanted your palms read, your future told, your akashic records revealed or to feel the healing power of energy work?

Unity Spiritual Enrichment Center will open its doors to bring out the crystal bowls, oracle and tarot cards, akashic records, palm readings and energy workers for the community at the sixth annual Psychic Faire.

Workshops, vendors, readings with clairvoyants, psychics and medical intuitives and healing modalities will be offered at the Into the Mystic Psychic Faire from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and Saturday at the center, 3918 San Juan Ave.

Readings, energy work sessions, workshops and vendors all have a fee, but the admission to the event is free.

Readings and energy work will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis and typically each reader can see 10 people a day.

Those interested in these services and costs should call Unity Church at 360-385-6519 or stop by the church to read through posted biographies.

Spiritual readings and energy work are age-old practices, and the Port Townsend community has many gifted practitioners, according to a news release.

“What a great opportunity to experience psychic readers, energy workers and learn some new techniques as we move into our enhanced abilities and open minds,” said Beverly Michaelsen, Unity board president.

This year, the fair will offer four workshops and feature 11 psychic readers sharing their gifts of tarot, palm revealing tendencies, crystal readings, shamanic healings, akashic records and intuitive mediums in 30-minute reading sessions, the press release stated.

Added to this mix will be six energy workers offering a variety of healing and restorative practices in hour-long sessions.

The church will feature vendors in the lobby selling hand-crafted pendulums and rainbow crystals, cottonwood salves and ointments, and jewelry with gemstones and fine metals.

There will also be a bookstore with a variety of metaphysical books and crafts for purchase.
