SEQUIM — Children of all ages are invited to the Gathering Place in Sunland for a Reuse, Recycle, Repurpose Workshop of crafty ornaments from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
Admission to the workshop at 135 Fairway Drive will be $15.
The money from the workshop will support the Sequim Irrigation Festival Innovative Arts and Crafts Fair.
Participants will make their own holiday ornaments to hang in their homes.
Using sticks and fabric to create a quaint, homespun ornament, and repurposed puzzle pieces to create a lovely frame are among the possibilities, organizers said.
Materials will be supplied for the workshop.
Children between the ages of 5 and 7 need to be accompanied by an adult.
Parents signing up children should provide the child’s name, age, their name and a phone number.
