Holiday concert, Meaningful Movies offered Monday

Holiday concert and a film are among the activities planned Monday on the North Olympic Peninsula.

Christmas party

PORT ANGELES — Olympic Lodge 37 of the Sons of Norway will host its Christmas party at 7 p.m. Monday.

The public is invited to the party at Scandia Hall, 131 W. Fifth St.

The meeting will feature a St. Lucia celebration, a dance demonstration by the Scandia Kids and refreshments.

Holiday concert

PORT ANGELES — The NorthWest Women’s Chorale will perform “Shining Night” at 7 p.m. Monday.

The annual holiday concert is at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 301 E. Lopez Ave.

The suggested donation is $15 per person.

SEQUIM

Brain injury

SEQUIM — A brain injury group will meet from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday.

The group will meet in the community room at KSQM radio, 609 W. Washington St., Suite 17.

Snacks and coffee will be served.

The public is welcome to attend this free support group meeting.

Meaningful movies

PORT TOWNSEND — Meaningful Movies will screen “Accidental Courtesy: Daryl Davis, Race & America” at 6:30 p.m. Monday.

The film will be presented in the sanctuary at Quimper Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 2333 San Juan Ave.

The 2016 documentary follows middle-aged black musician Daryl Davis as he meets and befriends members of the Ku Klux Klan as he tours the country.
