Holiday bazaars offered across Peninsula

‘Tis the season of buying and giving gifts, and the first of the season’s holiday bazaars are set for this weekend.

Here are bazaars listed by city on the North Olympic Peninsula.

PORT ANGELES

Holiday Bazaar

PORT ANGELES — The Holiday Bazaar is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today and Saturday.

The fundraiser is in the First Baptist Church, 105 W. Sixth St.; parking is available in the lot at Fifth and Laurel streets.

The sale features baked goods, decor, stocking stuffers, plants, cookies, candies, frozen pies, jams and jellies.

There will be a raffle for a Seahawks quilt.

Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and features soups, sandwiches, berry pies, coffee, tea and cider.

Proceeds benefit The Answer For Youth, Young Life, Clallam Mosaic, The Obria Group and the Missionary Aviation Fellowship.

Fall Bazaar and Flea Market

PORT ANGELES — The 39th Fall Bazaar and Flea Market is set for 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

The annual fundraiser sale is in the Port Angeles Senior Center, 328 E. Seventh St.

The sale features handmade holiday bazaar items as well as flea market treasures.

Continental breakfast and lunch items will be available in the lounge from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Proceeds from meals benefit the center.

SEQUIM

Holiday Art and Craft Fair

BLYN — The Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe will host its Holiday Art and Craft Fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

The sale is in the lobby of the 7 Cedars Hotel, 270756 U.S. Highway 101; parking is available east of the casino, with a shuttle to the hotel lobby.

The fair features more than 40 Native and non-Native artists, a bake sale, baskets, ceramics, jewelry, leatherwork, fiber arts, candles, books, CDs and raffles.

There also will be a bin for donations of non-perishable food and personal hygiene products for the tribe’s food bank.

Proceeds benefit tribal children’s programs

Holiday Boutique

SEQUIM — Midnight Crafters will open the Holiday Boutique from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

The boutique is in Macleay Hall, 290 Mcleay Road.

The sale features quilts, bags, kitchen items, children’s items, vintage dolls and raffle baskets.

PTO Holiday Bazaar

SEQUIM — The Olympic Peninsula Academy Parent-Teacher Organization will conduct its Holiday Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

The bazaar is in the cafeteria at Sequim High School, 601 N. Sequim Ave.

The bazaar features handcraft booths, food, live music and Santa.

P.E.O. Holiday Bazaar

SEQUIM — Chapter JC of the Philanthropic Education Organization will conduct its annual holiday bazaar from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.

The bazaar is in the foyer at Sequim Community Church, 950 N. Fifth Ave.

The bazaar features handmade gifts and crafts, homemade baked goods, books and a raffle for a wine, chocolate and cheese basket.

Proceeds support education for women.

PORT TOWNSEND

Holiday gift fair

PORT TOWNSEND — The Jefferson County Fair Association will host its 18th Holiday Gift Fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

The annual fair is at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds, 4907 Landes St.

Vendors include Color Street, Country Cottage Quilts, Creativitin, Deborah Good Creations, Just Hats, Kathi Johnson and friends, Laurie and family, LeafFilter Gutter, Lularoe, Maki Design, Mary and Mimi Cards, Mimsy Soap Ranch, Renewal by Anderson, Shawdlite Soapery, Stryker Forge, Tabitha Blackburn Art, Uniquk Gifts and Handicrafts, Upcycled Sisters and Upper Left Tumbler Co.

There also is a bake sale and a raffle.

Breakfast and lunch will be available in the fair restaurant on both days.
