BRINNON — The inaugural Fjord Fest, the festival formerly known as ShrimpFest, will return to Brinnon from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
This year’s festival has moved into the open field overlooking Dabob Bay, just north of the Yelvik General Store, 251 Hjelvicks Road.
The two-day festival will offer live music, arts and crafts vendors, food vendors, a beer and wine garden as well as activities for children.
Tickets are $10 per person, per day; military veterans and children 12 and younger are admitted free.

The entertainment includes a variety of genres such as folk, blues and classic rock from both local talents and regional favorites.
Saturday’s musical lineup includes Chocolate George at 11 a.m., Pink Fjord at 12:45 p.m., El Steiner at 2:30 p.m. and Locust Street Taxi at 4:30 p.m.
Sunday’s entertainment features Jack Dwyer and Jack Tierney at 11 a.m., Black Diamond Junction at 12:45 p.m., WEPA! at 2:30 p.m. and Great American Trainwreck at 4:30 p.m.
Food vendors will offer a variety of fare, including seafood paella, shrimp kabobs, clam strips, calamari, tempura shrimp, shrimp egg rolls, shrimp gyro, garlic shrimp, crab and shrimp tugboats as well as burgers, hot dogs, salads and handmade ice cream.
Children can take part in activities, including arts and crafts and gutter boat races.
The festival also offers arts and crafts vendors selling fudge, metal art, jewelry, leather, jerky, maps, oils, spices and photography.
Festival proceeds benefit the Emerald Towns Alliance, which supports local disaster relief, schools, scholarships and the Brinnon Food Bank.
