Farming film festival

The North Olympic Peninsula’s 2020 Farming Film Festival continues on Monday with free screenings of “One Man, One Cow, One Planet” at noon in Port Townsend and at 6 p.m. in Port Hadlock.

The Port Townsend screening will be at the Library Learning Center in the Charles Pink House, 1256 Lawrence St.

In Port Hadlock, the film will be shown in the Humphrey Room at the Jefferson County Library, 620 Cedar Ave.

The 2007 documentary follows New Zealander Peter Proctor as he explores biodynamic farming in India.

Each screening will be followed by a discussion about the film that highlights local efforts.

Virtual reality

PORT ANGELES— A virtual reality session is set for 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday.

The session is at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St.

Since virtual reality (VR) has potential safety concerns, participants must be 13 years or older.

Adult participants must sign a release waiver, and each participant between 13 and 17 must have a parent sign a release waiver.

Waiver forms are available to pick up in advance at the library or at www.nols.org/virtual-reality.
