Community Prayer Breakfast in Port Angeles set for Thursday

PORT ANGELES — The 21st annual Community Prayer Breakfast will be conducted in the St. Anne Room at Queen of Angels Catholic Church from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Thursday.

The breakfast at the church at 209 W. 11th St., is sponsored by the Kiwanis noon club of Port Angeles and is an opportunity for everyone of all faiths and denominations to come together in fellowship, according to organizers.

Tickets for the full breakfast are $15, payable by cash or check at the door on Thursday.

The Rev. Timothy Hughes, senior pastor at First Baptist Church of Port Angeles and a former Air Force chaplain, will be the keynote speaker.

Special music will be performed by Lynn Nenahlo Crawford, worship leader at First Baptist Church.
