PORT ANGELES — A special holiday celebration is planned for Clallam Mosaic’s monthly dance from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday.
The dance will be at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 510 E. Park Ave.
Cost of the dance, hosted by a local nonprofit empowering people with special needs, is $8; accompanying caregivers can attend for free, although donations are accepted to defray costs.
A meal will feature lasagna with marinara sauce, garlic bread, Caesar salad, sugar-free cream puffs and mini cheesecakes. Coffee, tea and water will be available.
Beginning with the New Year’s Dance on Jan. 11, the monthly Clallam Mosaic dances will be from noon to 3 p.m., and the price for the extended dances will increase to $10 per participant.
A meal will be served.
There will be no dance in February, encouraging participants to attend the Clallam Night to Shine prom on the evening of Feb. 7.
