PORT TOWNSEND — The Salish Sea Early Music Festival will present “1620: Canzonas” at 7 p.m. today.
The free, pre-recorded concert will stream online to kick off the festival’s 2022 season.
The program features John Lenti, theorbo; Anna Marsh, dulcian; and Jeffrey Cohan, flute.
Live performances are set for:
• March 13: “1820: Russian Guitar and Beethoven’s Flute” — Oleg Timofeyev, guitar and Jeffrey Cohan, flute.
• April 24: “Concerti: Frederick the Great” — David Schrader, harpsichord; Jeffrey Cohan, flute; Elizabeth Phelps, Violin; Courtney Kuroda, violin; Lindsey Strand-Polyak, viola; and Annabeth Shirley, cello.
• May 8: “The Baroque Quartet” — Susie Napper, viola de gamba; Elisabeth Wright, Harpsichord, David Greenberg, violin; and Jeffrey Cohan, flute.
• May 29: “Brandenburg 5 and Bach Triple” — Jonathan Oddie, harpsichord; Carrie Krause, violin; Jeffrey Cohan, flute; Elizabeth Phelps, violin; Courtney Kuroda, violin; Lindsey Strand-Polyak, viola; and Martin Bonham, cello.
Concerts will be at 2 p.m. Sundays in the parish hall at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 1020 Jefferson St.
Masks and vaccination against COVID-19 are required for live performances.
The suggested donation for the live performances is $15-$25.
