PORT TOWNSEND — Dadweed will perform a live studio recording and concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Rainshadow Recording in Building 315 at Fort Worden Historical State Park, 200 Battery Way, Port Townsend.

The Portland, Ore.-based acoustic trio blends elements of jazz, folk, pop and R&B with traditional bluegrass.
The group uses three-part vocal harmonies and tight instrumentation to create its own style.
