PORT ANGELES — A 41-year-old woman was arrested on investigation of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in addition to driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Rachel K. Robecker of Port Angeles was parked in a running car in front of Grocery Outlet about 7:21 a.m. Monday when a citizen reported she appeared to be “nodding off,” according to a press release from the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded and observed drug paraphernalia in plain view and arrested Robecker for DUI, the sheriff’s office said. She was later booked into the Clallam County Jail.
After they applied for a search warrant, deputies found more than 80 grams of fentanyl, more than 110 grams of methamphetamine, drug use paraphernalia, two digital scales and plastic baggies, the sheriff’s office said.
Deputies received assistance from the Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team for evidence processing and further investigation, the sheriff’s office said.
