Judge grants five-year, 1,000-foot no-contact order for alleged victim

PORT ANGELES — A Port Angeles man is scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Clallam County Superior Court on four child sex charges following his arrest a week ago.

Shae Alan Pozarzycki, 32, faces charges of second-degree child rape, first-degree incest, third-degree child rape and first-degree incest.

Pozarzycki appeared in court Tuesday and made bail Wednesday. Judge Simon Barnhart granted the prosecution’s request for a five-year, 1,000-foot no-contact order for the alleged victim and any children younger than 16.
