Wind Rose Cellars to release new wine Saturday

SEQUIM — Wind Rose Cellars has announced its 2018 Rosato will be released at an open house from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

The dry rose is a blend of Dolcetto and Sangiovese grapes sourced from Lonesome Spring Ranch on the eastern side of the Yakima Valley.

The wine will be paired with a smoked salmon dip appetizer for the release party.
